The Bakehouse Art Complex

The Bakehouse Art Complex has a special place in this site's story. It is where I got my start, and during Miami Art Week it also opens its doors for Baker's Brunch and Open Studios on December 3. I wanted to give this important Miami arts institution a little extra attention.
Bakehouse at Forty: Past, Present, Future celebrates the institution's history, its artists and its vision for the future. The exhibition is on view through January 1, 2027.
For anyone interested in Miami's creative history—not just Art Week—this is a place worth knowing.
