Bakehouse Announces Homecoming Celebration for November 6
Bakehouse Art Complex will mark its 40th-anniversary year with Homecoming: Celebrating the Class of Now on Friday, November 6, from 6:30–9:30 PM. The ticketed evening features open studios, a community parade, performances by Spam Allstars and DJ Le Spam, and a preview of the Homegrown exhibition. Tickets are listed at $100 per person. Bakehouse’s event page lists an end time of 9:30 PM, while its ticketing page shows 10:00 PM; check with the organiser for the final schedule.
Miami Art Week Travel: What Visitors Should Know About Roadwork
Miami Beach has scheduled a construction moratorium for Art Week, November 30–December 6, suspending non-city construction activity in the public right-of-way, with City projects excepted. FDOT's live Miami Beach lane-closure page showed no listed closures when checked November 2. Downtown roadwork on I-395, SR 836 and Biscayne Boulevard is separately listed through November 6, before Art Week begins. Conditions can change, so check live advisories before travelling.

PAMM Opens Picasso–Klee–Matisse Exhibition
Pérez Art Museum Miami has opened Picasso–Klee–Matisse: Masterpieces from the Museum Berggruen, on view October 29, 2026 through February 28, 2027. The exhibition brings nearly 100 works from Berlin’s Museum Berggruen and the Berggruen family collection to Miami, including works by Pablo Picasso, Paul Klee, Henri Matisse and Alberto Giacometti. It adds a major modern-art exhibition to the museum options visitors can explore during Miami Art Week.

Museums Add New Art Week Exhibitions and Public Programs
New details from Miami museums add several options for visitors: The Bass and Public Art Fund will host the free Paddle in the Park Classic in Collins Park on November 30 from 4–6 p.m.; The Bass has also confirmed a December 3 architecture conversation with Johnston Marklee and free community admission plus a family art activity on December 6. At PAMM, new exhibitions include Techno Firma from November 21 and Zoë Buckman’s Show Me Your Bruises, Then from November 5. ICA Miami Expansion opens Friedrich Kunath’s I’ll Romanticize This Later on December 1.

Faena Art Announces Major Public Commissions for Miami Art Week
Faena Art's December 1–6 program includes Christopher Joshua Benton's mirrored beach sculpture A Lore Supreme and Marinella Senatore's illuminated An Expanded Baroque Crown, both listed as free public installations from noon to 9:00 PM.
